Juaneco y su Combo from Pucallpa, Peru created some of the most psychedelic music ever made in Latin America. 'Mujer Hilandera' and 'Vacilando con Ayahuasca' are chicha masterpieces — electric guitars drenched in reverb over Amazonian cumbia rhythms. Tragically, most of the original band died in a plane crash in 1977; this posthumous release became their legacy.
